We make a small but reasonable profit through investing in rural property, improving it, and making positive changes in this area of Panama - a fast developing area which needs better job opportunities and the infrastructure to support many new residents. So we respect the laws, culture and government in Panama, and work to develop our employees and this beautiful country.
How We Work:
We typically sell properties at lower "per square meter" pricing than all of the other developers in the area, in and near Boquete, Chiriqui Province.
We plan our projects well ahead of time, perform environmental impact studies and work hard to maintain the natural beauty of the environment we work in. Our philosophy is that we must always work in a manner that will improve the land that we develop, as the end result reflects directly on us. We have a responsibility to work in an ecologically correct manner.
We don’t cut trees unnecessarily or build subdivisions with small house lots. Our larger lot sizes make beautiful private farms or fincas for our clients, yet this doesn't add any tax burden for you.
We strive to support our buyers after the sale, and we have a small sister company, Panama Contract Services (P.C.S.) in place specifically for this reason. P.C.S. can help you in selecting a Panamanian architect, getting your home built, or by simply getting your driveway installed for a reasonable fee. We're a small company and you'll find that we'll advise and support you in a long list of areas, such as how to deal with being a new resident in Panama, where to get your internet service, who might be a good landscape designer, etc. Having Panama Farms provide you with a parcel of land means that we will do our best to make this entire process easier for you, and P.C.S. can go beyond that, and get contracts executed for you for a very reasonable fee. We'll gladly provide references.
