Land in Panama can definitely be an excellent investment. Especially in Chiriqui Province - the province which produces the vast majority of agricultural and food products to all of Panama. The province's capital is David, Panama's second largest city - and the Davis airport is being expanded NOW, to accept direct flights from North America and elsewhere ! The Panama real estate market has developed much more slowly than the market in Costa Rica has, and this is actually a huge advantage. Boquete Panama is known to be one of the world's top retirement destinations. When someone buys a property from us, we do all of the closing documentation - and the buyer ends up owning a beautiful property in Panama, owned by a new Panamanian Corporation - you own the new corporation as well. Corporations in Panama are referred to as an S.A. - an "Anonymous Society". You tell us who to appoint as directors, you own the company and its stock anonymously; your corporation owns the titled land. This is the best way to own property in Panama and foreigners have equal property rights as Panamanians have. How We Work:
We sell TITLED properties. These land parcels are large lots segregated from farms that we have improved. We sell at much lower "per acre", or "per square meter" pricing than all or most of the other developers in the Boquete area, in Chiriqui Province Panama. Check the various web sites, and you'll quickly learn that Mountan View Farms, our current project has land available at less than 1/2 the cost of many comparable projects.
We plan our projects well ahead of time, perform environmental impact studies and work hard to maintain the natural beauty of the environment we work in. Our philosophy is that we must always work in a manner that will improve the land that we develop, as the end result reflects directly on us. We have a responsibility to work in an ecologically correct manner. We don’t cut trees unnecessarily, remove the topsoil or build subdivisions with small house lots. Our larger lot sizes make beautiful private farms or fincas for our clients, yet this doesn't add any tax burden for you. Our land parcels are usually property tax exempt.

We are located 1.2 kilometers from the main road that leads from David to Boquete. This is an old, gravel road that needs improvement, but we have been working with the neighbors, our local representative and the mayor of Boquete to get this public road upgraded soon. David's Imternational airport is currently undergoing a major exapnsion, and will have direct flights to the U.S. and elsewhere soon. The city of David is booming, which will only drive land values up - land that is priced like ours, at least.
